A Well-balanced, Easy drinking style of Merlot. The Grapes were fermented in stainless steel tank and stored in french oak barrels for 12 months. The wine has aromas of minty, herbaceous note on the nose with undertones of dark red fruit. On the palate, it finishes off smoothly with a lingering, well rounded tannin structure. Best paired with a spicy Lamb or Beef curry.
